Get Along

I’m so sick of animosity,

Population growth of the hypocrisy,

In our pathetic screwed up democracy.

What the hell happened to society?

Don’t get me wrong. I’m not a communist.

Their system’s way more messed up then ours is.

Why can’t we just get along?

We need to analyze, contemplate, compromise to fix the situation.

Not just kick back and let it end in oblivion.

Please, we need to get along!

We need to release the bad thoughts with sugar and spice.

If we don’t do these things then we’re gonna pay the price.

Please don’t do one thing and say another.

Can’t you see we’re just torturing each other?
